Jamaica Culinary Tours :: Nyam An Guh Weh Tour (Falmouth To Ocho Rios, St. Ann Bus Tour)

Nyam An Guh Weh Tour (Falmouth To Ocho Rios, St. Ann Bus Tour)

Journey with us on our one of a kind Nyam An’ Guh Weh (Eat and Leave!) Tour that takes you on a culinary and cultural journey back in time. This walking and bus tour combo starts in the town of Falmouth which boasts the best preserved Georgian architecture in the Caribbean.  From Falmouth we cross parish borders into the lush ‘garden parish’ of St. Ann where Columbus first landed, declaring our island ‘the fairest isle that mine eyes had ever beheld’.
On this fascinating food and heritage journey you will traverse along the beautiful coastline overlooking the Caribbean Sea, through small townships and into the tourism mecca of Ocho Rios.  Along the way, you will have a chance to taste authentic Jamaican cuisine through five food and beverage tastings in diverse settings ranging from streetside casual to the elegantly rustic. You will have a chance to meet the locals, experience the “real” Jamaica and learn why our cuisine and our peoples are an intriguing melting pot of different races, cultures blended with a rich heritage.
Prepare yourselves for a peek into our history and culture, the warm embrace of Jamaican hospitality, and of course – a bellyful of fantastic food and delightful fun!
This five and a half hour tour is designed with our Falmouth cruise ship guests in mind, so don’t worry – we’ll get you back to the Port in time!
