Liver Health

The liver is the regulator of the human body. This organ breaks down fats and produces energy. The liver filters the blood from the digestive tract.  I know someone right now who's suffering from various inflammatory issues that stem from  very poor eating habits that have basically damaged her liver. I'm going to share some herbs and foods that may balance or maintain your liver health.

Please stop or cut down on processed foods in your diet.

Stop using vegetable oil.
