My New Favorite Food pt 1

I've had a bag of lentils sitting around for months. I felt like I needed to lose some weight after eating too many carbs. After three weeks of various concoctions of lentil soup, I lost weight and I'm back in my skinny jeans.  Lentils lower cholesterol improves digestion and may stabilize blood sugar. Lentils are high in protein, iron, potassium, and folate. So if you see lentils while you are shopping give them a try.
