Time to Start Eating Pumpkin Leaves

Have you ever steamed pumpkin leaves ?  I decided to steam pumpkin leaves with Pak Choi last week .  It's looks like spinach when cooked and it takes the flavor of the seasonings. Pumpkin Leaves are a staple in Nigeria ,popularly called 'Ugwu'. The Pumpkin leaves are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron.
