Herbs for Bone Health

We need to pay attention to our bones. The skeletal system has many functions.    The bones protect the body structurally, protects the organs, and allows movement. With all the wear and tear that we inflict on our bones , we usually don't notice the damage until it's too late. As we age we will all lose bone density, but how much is lost may be in our hands,  That creaking in your knees shouldn't be ignored, . Add some herbs and minerals to your diet.
