Basil for beauty

Morning friends, I have so much Basil growing in my yard I have to find new ways to use it.  Well I have been using it as a face mist. Yup I made big container of basil "tea" I placed it in a spritz bottle and I have been misting my face with it for a few days . In this heat its very refreshing . I have been spraying it into my hair too, I will keep you posted on the results .

    Sounds very refreshing. Misting the face is great for that dewy, youthful glow. Looking forward to knowing your results. Reading this makes me think...I should've replanted basil for this year. Had a bunch last year.

    I know right , its the easiest herb to grow. Well so far my face is very "dewy" lets see what happens :)
